Not only was the device originally shipped with a manufacturing defect (the mouthpiece of the PAX Plus was fitting unevenly because the inside of the device was more up in the side of the air conduct), but after sending it back to them for SAV they have sent me back the device, wanting me to pay for the shipment and without ever telling me that they would not fix it. LITERALLY I was thinking that they would do something. Apar from that, they sent me the device with NO MOUTHPIECE and WITHOUT OVEN LID. WORST SHOP EVERPar V Javierle 2025-10-06 13:43:13
