It was so inconvenient to look for a number to call, and noone is calling me to let me know what was happening, why my food is delayed, or how much longer I should wait. The customer service number is a paid number service and therefore not very welcoming. There was noone to pick up the line, only preset options in French and German options. I only speak English. After waiting 1 hour, at 13:20 the status of delivery changed to DELIVERED but in reality it has not been delivered. I had to check with our building lobby if anyone has received my order but it really was NOT DELIVERED. II wrote an email while crying out of shame because the lunch treat I promised my colleagues NEVER ARRIVED. It was only after the email that the store manager at the George Favon branch called me to say that their deliver man has just left a few minutes back to deliver my sushi boxes. The manager even told me that he would do a gesture of refunding me some money but none was credited back to my account yet. I paid CHF 154.50 via twint I DEMAND A FULL REFUND!!! This was just a very terrible thing that they did to me on my birthday. I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED! I AM UTTERLY DISMAYED.
